I really enjoyed this light read! The characters were very likable (although I’m not going to lie, I’m not completely sold on Marc still….) especially our two mains – Antony and Maxine! I’m learning that I have a major thing for accents but I can honestly say that this might be the only book I’ve read with a hot French man? I do wish that there were translations for certain things that he had said in French but the author did well with translating some of his words since Maxine didn’t know what they meant either! This did give me hope that if I find a guy who also speaks another language, I’ll be able to pick up on words that he says and be able to learn how to speak it a little easier! 😉
I honestly screamed towards the ending and started clapping so I’m very happy that no one was around me at the time. It’s not often that I have verbal and physical reactions like that to books so you know this is a good one!
